Sorry for any confusion. I will clarify.
First, I did not target that outcome. I just noticed it and reported it to you.
Below I will also show you a report on the overall traffic to your homepage that was generated through google searches. That is probably much more interesting to you, right? You averaged 7 clicks per month in both November and December, then that jumped to 16 clicks in January.
But the way that we increase clicks is through targeting actual specific search phrases. So, that is why I am interested in search phrases for which you are already on page 2 (or even on page 1). Why I am more interested in focusing on a search term where you are page 2 than page 5? Because we are so much closer to page 1!
So, what happened is that I was researching your site's search engine performance (looking for where you are on page 2 in particular, as in ranked #11-20). I noticed in the "webmaster tools" for your website that we were already getting very good rankings for those search terms. Below are the top 5 recent searches (across about 1 month) that google has your site ranked closest to first position for: (average rank is on the far right...)
Query Impressions Clicks CTR Avg. position
legends garage 22 <10 - 4.3
garage repair <10 <10 - 5.5
garage opener <10 <10 - 9.0
emergency garage door repair <10 <10 - 9.0
24 hour garage door repair 22 <10 - 24
Then I checked the actual ranks for phoenix (as shown in the prior email's attachments). Next, here is a table that shows your average rankings for about the last 2 weeks. I set it to sort by highest rank at the top. Your site is actually at #9 right now for garage door repair glendale (not #22), but the data below shows the average over the last 2 weeks, not the current rating.
Query Impressions Clicks CTR Avg. position
legends garage <10 <10 - 4.0
garage door repair glendale <10 <10 - 22
24 hour garage door repair <10 <10 - 22
garage door repair glendale az <10 <10 - 26
garage door repair in phoenix <10 <10 - 29
garage door repair phoenix az 22 <10 - 36
garage door phoenix <10 <10 - 39
garage door repair phoenix 60 <10 - 39
365 garage door parts <10 <10 - 41
garage door repair scottsdale <10 <10 - 51
garage door repair tempe az <10 <10 - 53
garage door repair scottsdale az <10 <10 - 56
Note that I am much more interested in glendale (and so on) than in "24-hour / emergency" searches. However, I do not want to ignore an obvious opportunity either.
So, I checked and confirmed that "24 hour garage door repair phoenix" is a very low-volume search. I estimate it gets about 4 searches per month. I can explain why, but the issue is so small that I will just show you that, nationwide, that search term only gets several hundred searches per month.

So, next I show the data regarding which pages of your site are showing up in google the most. Here is a table showing which pages appears most in search results in the last month, also showing 16 clicks to the homepage from google searches.

Here is a table showing the last 3 months, which means that last month, you got more clicks to your homepage than the prior two months combined. Why that happened is pretty simple. It is because your homepage also had 1300 "impressions" last month (times it displayed in someone's search engine results- kind of like the number of times that someone flipped to a particular page of a phone book). That is 1300 impressions just in January, though the homepage only averaged 400 per month in November and December.

I can show you more data, but the important thing is that I can see decent progress. Now that we are getting some first page results for keyword phrases including "Glendale," you should get some clicks and some business from that. Last below are the top 2 ranking pages from your site for the last 5 days, showing an average position of 11 for the glendale page. We could see that rise to single digits across the next few weeks (and months too hopefully). If I see a page dropping in rank, that is a signal to consider focusing more on that search term.

With 16 impressions in 5 days for the glendale page (an average of 3 impressions per day), that means that page got 34 in the prior 25 days (an average of 1.5 impressions per day). That is a nice increase in the number of impressions per day, but it could go up quite a bit more soon.
More interesting than the actual rank for any particular search is the number of search results showing that page of your site. And, of course, most interesting is the amount of business generated from these rising search results.
As another example, the review page got 90 impressions in January (when it was created). However 35 of those impressions were in the last 5 days. That means the recent rate is 7 impressions per day, up from 2 per day earlier in January.
So, we know that those two new pages not only are getting an extra 10 impressions per day together, but that overall the homepage is averaging about 40 impressions per day (peaking at 90 on 1/21). It was below 20 per day in late 2012.
So, all of that puts things in to perspective when we talk about being #1 on google for a search phrase that might get 4 searches a day. However, being #1 for that search should be more valuable (produce more business) than being #11 or lower for ANY search (as in not even on the first page).
As you get first page results for any relevant search, you get more clicks and then more business. While it may sound strange, a big part of my job is to focus on finding out where you are on SECOND page, so that I can get your site up to page one for that search. That where I focus my research.
When we get to page two for phoenix, I will let you know. That will be a competitive term and will take a focused strategy and a budget. For now, these other search terms have more immediate value though, even they have a fraction of the volume of phoenix.
Your site is also 4th down the page (B on the map) for emergency garage door repair glendale az. In the next week, several of these should also rise to the first page of google:
#13 for garage door repair reviews glendale az
#14 for garage door installation glendale az
#18 for garage door opener repair glendale az
#25 for fix garage door glendale az
#33 for garage door opener glendale az
#39 for garage door installation glendale az
I'll update you as I see anything that I consider worth noting. You also may get another postcard or two within a few days, so let me know if you do. Verifying the PIN codes on those cards is one of the many things that raise the site's rank, increase the impressions and clicks, and get you more cash flow!
